We have created a small store in the basement for soui. located at seoul, where natural light and external air are blocked. The plan has divided based on the floor grid by the walls, induce functional solutions and spatial experiences. At this space , the walls surrounding the central space flexibly divide each area, creating a private shopping experience inside the wall, and a pure sense of space visually organized by displayed products outside (the central space). In addition, the circulation routes woven between the volumes formed by the walls evoke a primal sense of discovery—like exploring a small cave.
우리는 자연광과 외기에서 차단된 서울의 한 지하 공간에 편집샵 Soui.를 위한 작은 매장을 설계했다. 바닥재의 그리드를 기준으로 벽체를 조성해 평면을 분할하고, 구조 자체가 기능적 해결과 동시에 풍부한 공간 경험을 제공하도록 계획했다.
중앙 공간을 둘러싼 벽들은 경계를 유연하게 분할하며, 벽 안쪽에서는 보다 프라이빗한 쇼핑 경험을, 벽 바깥—즉 중앙 공간에서는- 진열된 제품을 중심으로 시각적으로 정제된 ‘순수한 공간감'을 형성한다. 벽체가 형성하는 볼륨 간의 동선들은 작은 동굴을 탐험하는 듯한 원초적인 발견의 감각을 환기시킨다.
